O mistério de Sittaford

Mais um que faltava na minha colecção... embora ciente das aterações aos argumentos originais que são regularmente feitas nas adaptações dos romances de Christie (algumas verdadeiramente escandalosas!) lá vi o filmezinho com a Miss Marple, sabendo à partida que a velha senhora não aparecia sequer na obra original. Vi portanto o filme sem saber quais eram as alterações... e ainda bem! Porque agora posso comprar o livro e deparar-me com algo totalmente diferente, uma história em que nem o próprio assassino é o mesmo!

Diz quem leu o livro: " Firstly, it isn't even a Marple book, but the producers don't let little things like that bother them. The plot was butchered to the point where it was almost unrecognisable. Even the identity of the murderer was changed! Where did Egypt feature in the original? Miss Percehouse was magnificent in the original (another Caroline Sheppard) and yet she appears as the bitter widow of an archaeologist in the TV film." (...)"I feel that they should put a disclaimer on this series : 'very loosely based on the books by Agatha Christie'.
